Daztech is collecting all orders and producing them to be shipped direct to a single Sea Lion main office for the club to redistribute to individual buyers. This saves the individual shipping and handling costs.

Daztech sells and ships custom imprinted Sea Lions items to Kingsbrooke Sea Lions Swim Team members only. This store was developed for Kingsbrooke Sea Lions and all goods purchased are not intended for resale.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you purchase a product from Daztech / Kingsbrooke Sea Lions and find your purchase to be defective, please email us at sealions@daztech.net for a Return Authorization Number(RA#) within 7 days. The product must be returned to Daztech Promotions within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RA#. A credit will be issued. There are no replacements.
SALES TAX
The invoice will include any applicable sales tax.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Daztech is collecting all orders and shipping to a single source for redistribution by the Team.
ORDER PROCESSING
The estimated shipment date is 1-3 weeks after orders have been collected depending on the item.
Payment processing does not occur until all items are shipped, a charge will appear from DAZTECH on your credit card statement.
Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability. We will notify you of any product shortages immediately.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
PRICES
Your total order price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the ordered products, then package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address. Shipping takes approximately 2 days after all orders are released. Daztech makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Federal Reserve holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, Daztech will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Daztech is not responsible for typographical errors.
- Daztech reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Kingsbrooke Sea Lions Online Ordering Center at any time.
- All sales at the Daztech and the Kingsbrooke Sea Lions Online Ordering Center are governed by Virginia and North Carolina law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
